Our mission is to partner with business owners who are ready to transition while protecting the legacy they’ve built.
Financial Criteria
Revenue: $2M – $10M annually
SDE (Seller’s Discretionary Earnings): Minimum $800K
EBITDA: $700K – $2.0M
Margins: Consistent with industry averages (Minimum 18% EBITDA)
Operational Criteria
Management in Place – General Manager, Operations Manager, or Service/Project Manager running day-to-day
Established Teams – Crews, service techs, or field staff already in place
Reputation & Legacy – Strong community presence, repeat customers, or long-term contracts preferred
